For the purpose of better meeting the needs of corporate governance, Centron Communication Technologies Fujian Co., Ltd（hereinafter referred to as CCTF or Centron）, will start to apply the ERP management software from Digital China in the entire company in 2010.

At 14:30, January 18^th, 2010, the launch meeting of the ERP project was formally held in the meeting room of CCTF, announcing the beginning of a comprehensive application of the ERP software in the company. The meeting  was emceed by Mrs. Ou Chen-Chen, the manager of ERP Information Management Dept, with the attendance of more than 70 personnel from all Centers, Marketing Regions and functional departments of CCTF.    

In the meeting, Mr. Ma Rui-dong, COO of CCTF, gave a speech which expressed the strongly supportive attitude from the board of directors towards the launch of ERP. He pointed out that the ERP project is not only a profound reform of traditional management idea and mode, but also a strategic decision which CCTF must make under the trends of informationization construction. Therefore, if the company wanted to improve the operational management level and to realize a stable development under new circumstances, it is absolutely necessary for it to introduce and implement the ERP project, in order to bring prospective enhancement to the quality of corporate governance.   

Leaders of Digital China showed great confidence in the success of the cooperation between both parties and gave a vivid introduction of the EPR system functions. Subsequently, a project plan for CCTF, which was supported by some successful cases of the ERP software application, was presented in front of all participants by the project manager from Digital China.

During the meeting, Mr. Jiang Wei-wen, the Deputy Managing Director of CCTF, when putting forward a series of requirements for the implementation of the project, expressed his hopes that all divisions could  attach importance to this task and actively coordinate with each other, in spite of any difficulty, in order to ensure the deployment of human resources, as well as to contribute to the executing plan of ERP in 2010.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Yang Wei-min, the managing director of CCTF Administration Center, publicized the roll of project team members, project institutions and reward and punishment mechanism  Up until then, the launch meeting for the ERP project was rounded off with a flourish.  

The successful conclusion of the launch meeting, which marks a full transition from preparation process to the stage of a formal deployment in CCTF’s ERP construction, will carry a great deal of strategic meanings, not only to the integration of CCTF’s current resources, but also to the strengthening of CCTF’s corporate governance quality.
